LAP DANCE CLASSES, SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS

 

Wanna do a LAP DANCE for your favorite man (or woman, it aint my bid-ness)? We will take you from how to walk in high heels all the way to some crazy tricks in the lap! You WON'T wanna miss this!!!

 

Lap dance workshops are 3 hours of non-stop fun! They are themed and costumed (we provide the costume).

 

We teach you how to bump'n grind with a full exotic dance routine and a great hips, buns, and abs workout and then show you all the tips and techniques that the "pros" use in their lap dances! It is a safe and healthy environment to embrace your sensuality and feminine expression. UNLEASH YOUR INNER-VIXEN! Personal boundaries will always be respected and there is no nudity. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring high heels and a bikini (or leggings and sports bra) to wear underneath as we do teach strip-tease. You will not be forced to remove clothing if you don't want to.

 

Included in your Lap Dance Workshop is an adorable costume, a CD with theme music, and 3 hours of instruction. Nyla is not a girl who just watched some DVD's and now thinks she can teach - oh no! Nyla has over 12 years experience as an ACTUAL exotic dancer/showgirl, in addition to extensive training with LapCats™, and has compiled an extensive pastiche of proven tips and techniques for giving the most luxurious and seductive lap dance.

You will learn a sexy routine including basic lap dance moves, exotic dance movements and how to use a feather boa and gloves as part of your tease. This workshop includes sexy floorwork and extensive exotic dance technique so that you can improve the sensuality and fluidity of your movements. Just as with ANY other form of athletic activity - you have to devolop the muscle coordination and practice, practice, practice for it to be good. I love when people say "I didn't realize strippers worked so hard!"

 

My method is completely unique and will give you the exercises to develop sensual, smooth movements and break down the technique to being able to move like silk. Once you have established the fluidity in the body it is much easier to perform the dance.

 

We will learn a lap dance along with some sexy props. I provide you with a LEATHER COLLAR with a LEASH and a set of LEATHER CUFFS and you will learn how to use them in your sexy dance routine. You can use these props with any other costume or just those alone.

You're learning more than just a lap dance routine...I'm going to teach you how to get his engine revving and YOUR body purring!

The remaining 60 minutes is dedicated to lap dance technique, choreography, and basic movement. Lap dancing is not as easy as you'd think....those thighs will burn like hell and you'll learn some hot tricks to show that special someone waiting at home. You will learn a complete routine and have 6 weeks to repeat the material to make sure you have retained it, perfected it, and know just how to use it! Knee pads are strongly recommended.

What to Wear

Comfortable dance/workout clothing. Please do not wear the wide legged yoga pants or gaucho pants or palazzo pants as they tangle on the pole. High heels of your choice (optional), a hand towel and a bottle of water. No rings or bracelets or watches. The poles will damage your jewelry and we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. It's best to leave your bling-bling at home, girls. Knee pads are also strongly recommended. You can buy these at any Wal-Mart, Target or sports store for $5-10. Do not get roller-blading knee pads or plastic covered knee pads. Just plain ol' knee pads.

Class/Course Length
The Pole Dance Sessions are 90 minutes; Class meets once a week (same day). This course runs 6 consecutive weeks (six 90 minute classes).

Payment Info

Payment is due up front, all at once. The reason for this is that over the last 10 years that I have been teaching fitness, I have found that women find all kinds of reasons to "skip" class. This puts them behind in their progression and makes it difficult to achieve their goals. The justification "Oh, I'll go next week." sabotages every effort until you feel like you've failed and disappointed in yourself again. I'm on you like white on rice, stink on skunk, bees on honey....my theory is "you've already paid the money, you'd better bring your butt to class! NO EXCUSES!"
