There are 3 kinds of lap dance workshops. The 6 week B.Y.O.L. LapCats© dance workshops, 2 hr Las Vegas Style Lap Dance, and the 3 hour LapCats© original workshop. They are detailed below.
We teach you how to bump'n grind with a full exotic dance routine and a great hips, buns, and abs workout and then show you all the tips and techniques that the "pros" use in their lap dances! It is a safe and healthy environment to embrace your sensuality and feminine expression.
UNLEASH YOUR INNER-VIXEN! Personal boundaries will always be respected and there is no nudity in these classes. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring high heels and a bikini (or leggings and sports bra) to wear underneath as we do teach strip-tease. You will not be forced to remove clothing if you don't want to.
Included in your Lap Dance Workshop is an adorable costume or props, a CD with theme music, and 3 hours of instruction. Nyla is not a girl who just watched some DVD's and now thinks she can teach - oh no! Nyla has over 12 years experience as an ACTUAL exotic dancer/showgirl, in addition to extensive training with LapCats©, and has compiled an extensive pastiche of proven tips and techniques for giving the most luxurious and seductive lap dance.

LapCats© Lap Dance 6 Week Workshop -$250 - Bring Your Own Lap
Ever wonder why most exotic dancers have such shapely legs? Doing table dances all night. That's the ol' skool term - table dance. We actually had to keep 12" of space between us and the "customer" back in the day. Now they are lap dances...so ok....We include Pilates exercises specific for legs - thighs & glutes. The remaining 60 minutes is dedicated to lap dance technique, choreography, and basic movement. Lap dancing is not as easy as you'd think....those thighs will burn like hell and you'll learn some hot tricks to show that special someone waiting at home. You will learn a complete routine and have 6 weeks to repeat the material to make sure you have retained it, perfected it, and know just how to use it!
This workshop is 6 weeks in length and each class is 90 minutes. The last night of class will be 1 hour of class and the last 30 minutes will be for you to get dressed in your favorite outifit or costume and "perform" your lap dance for your favorite lap. We set up the Champagne Room and you can play "strip club" with lights, mirrors, sexy shoes, and a hot lap dance routine! You provide your own lap...bring your husband, wife, partner, neighbor, the guy who sits behind you in chemistry....whoever you want! The performance is optional and you are not required to do it.
The BYOL Lap performance will be Feb 16 at 7pm.

Please note that you are paying a tuition for a session - you are NOT purchasing 6 class individually. There are no refunds for missed classes, we do not pro-rate the session if you cannot attend all scheduled classes and we do not give discounts or credits for missed classes. You are reponsible for attending all of your scheduled classes so be sure you can attend all the scheduled classes BEFORE you register. In the event that you do miss a class, there will be a make-up class scheduled every 3 weeks for you to attend to catch up on material you missed or if you just want an extra class. This class is $25 and you must register in advance. You can also schedule a private session in order to make up the class - privates are $100 for 90 minutes.
There is a $25 cancellation fee to cancel once you have registered. |

Lap Cats© Las Vegas-style Lap Dance Workshop - $50
Learn a sexy routine including basic lap dance moves, exotic dance movements and the psychology of seduction. This is a 2 hour workshop packed with TONS of matierial so it's important to practice afterwards. This workshop does include floorwork and some exotic dance basics so you can grasp the fundamentals before focusing on the lap dance. Just as with ANY other form of athletic activity - you have to devolop the muscle coordination and practice, practice, practice for it to be good. I love when people say "I didn't realize strippers worked so hard!"
My method is completely unique and will give you the exercises to develop sensual, smooth movements and break down the techniques in the bio-mechanics of the the movements so you move like silk. Once you have established the fluidity in the body it is much easier to perform the dance.

Comfortable dance/workout clothing. Please do not wear the wide legged yoga pants or gaucho pants or palazzo pants as they tangle on the pole. High heels of your choice (optional), a hand towel and a bottle of water. No rings or bracelets or watches. The poles will damage your jewelry and we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. It's best to leave your bling-bling at home, girls. Knee pads are also strongly recommended. You can buy these at any Wal-Mart, Target or sports store for $5-10. Do not get roller-blading knee pads or plastic covered knee pads. Just plain ol' knee pads.
The Pole Dance Sessions are 90 minutes; Class meets once a week (same day). This course runs 6 consecutive weeks (six 90 minute classes).
Payment is due up front, all at once. The reason for this is that over the last 10 years that I have been teaching fitness, I have found that women find all kinds of reasons to "skip" class. This puts them behind in their progression and makes it difficult to achieve their goals. The justification "Oh, I'll go next week." sabotages every effort until you feel like you've failed and disappointed in yourself again. I'm on you like white on rice, stink on skunk, bees on honey....my theory is "you've already paid the money, you'd better bring your butt to class! NO EXCUSES!"
