Comfortable dance/workout clothing. Please do not wear the wide legged yoga pants or gaucho pants or palazzo pants as they tangle on the pole. High heels of your choice (optional), a hand towel and a bottle of water. No rings or bracelets or watches. The poles will damage your jewelry and we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. It's best to leave your bling-bling at home, girls. Knee pads are also strongly recommended. You can buy these at any Wal-Mart, Target or sports store for $5-10. Do not get roller-blading knee pads or plastic covered knee pads. Just plain ol' knee pads.

The Pole Dance Sessions are 90 minutes; Class meets once a week (same day). This course runs 6 consecutive weeks (six 90 minutes classes).

Payment is due upfront, all at once. The reason for this is that over the last 10 years that I have been teaching fitness, I have found that women find all kinds of reasons to "skip" class. This puts them behind in thier progression and makes it difficult to achieve thier goals. The justification "Oh, I'll go next week." sabotages every effort until you feel like you've failed and disappointed in yourself again. I'm on you like white on rice, stink on skunk, bees on honey....my theory is "you've already paid the money, you'd better bring your butt to class! NO EXCUSES!"

There are no make up classes. Please understand that you are not paying "per class" - you are paying a "tuition" for a`session and it is your responsibility to attend all classes. Make sure your schedule will accomodate your attendance before registering. We are turning other interested people away once the class is full. If you do not feel you can attend the session in it's entirety, please wait until your schedule permits or join us for "drop-in" classes. You can recieve credit for a cancellation if you give a 48 hour notice and full cash refund with a 7 day notice (less the $25 cancellation fee). Cancellation Fee

There is a $25 for any class you cancel out of. This is because there are fees involved with processing credit transactions, we are honoring your spot and not flooding the classes, and it takes up time to go back and forth with indecisiveness. Besure you want in that class because it will cost you $25 to cancel or drop out.

Change/Transfer Fee

There is a $25 fee for any class you want to transfer or change once you have registered and paid for any class. This is IN ADDITION to the cancellation fee.
