| What to wear: |
Comfortable dance/workout clothing. Please do not wear the wide legged yoga pants or gaucho pants or palazzo pants as they tangle on the pole. High heels of your choice (optional for the end of class) and we encourage you and your friends to dress up in your sexiest dance/club/exotic dance attire for fun!
No rings or bracelets or watches allowed on the poles. The poles will damage your jewelry and we will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. It's best to leave your bling-bling at home, girls. Knee pads are recommended, but not required. You can buy these at any Wal-Mart, Target or sports store for $5-10. Do not get roller-blading knee pads or plastic covered knee pads. Just plain ol' knee pads.

| 1. Be on time! Your reservation begins promptly at the time you set it for and ends promptly at the end of your package time. If you are late you use up the time you have reserved for your party! We are extremely busy and our schedule is tightly packed with other reservations so we MUST adhere to a tight schedule! WE CANNOT RUN OVER BECAUSE YOUR GROUP WAS LATE! |

| 2. We are located right next to the Sunflower Market on the SW corner of Miller Rd/Camelback. Our studio does not have a sign up (for confidentiality) so be sure to look for the posters in the window and again, we are LITERALLY right in between Sunflower Market and Water Mart. |

| 3. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK YOURSELVES SILLY BEFORE YOUR PARTY! Drinking and dancing doesn't make for a pleasant experience, it's not safe and frankly, I don't like babysitting drunk women. Enjoy a few drinks before if you like, but PLEASE keep in mind that you need to be coherent for your dance class and refrain from getting sh*tfaced! If you have reserved the Champagne Room and will be bringing drinks, please, please, please make sure you go easy on the liquor BEFORE you arrive and if you need a safe ride or drivers we can arrange that for you. Don't ruin your time (or your friends' time) by being a hot mess. |
